COMET AND ASTEROID NOTES.

Ephemeris of Comet c 1924 (Finsler).-The elements of Comet c 1924, published in Lick Obs. Bull., 9, 356, represent an observation on 1924, Oct. 7, by Jeffers, as follows:

This orbit therefore appears sufficiently accurate for extending the ephemeris to facilitate observation of the comet after it shall become a morning object in December.

Planet Baade (1924 TD). - Baade's new asteroid has received the provisional designation 1924 TD. The following new elements by A. C. D. Crommelin and by G. Stracke are given in the Copenhagen Circular No. 52:
