Page 1 - Pollution Commission gives in its third report a reproduction of a memorandum written with the water of the river Calder at a point where the Wakefield sewer enters that stream. This memorandum reads as follows: "Dedicated without permission to the local board of health, Wakefield. This memorandum written with water taken from the point of junction this day, between the river Calder and the town sewer. Could the odor only accompany this sheet it would add much to the interest of this memorandum.
